AnyRep is developed and operated by Might Just Work Pty Ltd (ABN 32 691 189 590), referred to in this policy as "we", "us", or "our". This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use the AnyRep app, why we collect it, and your rights in relation to it.
By using AnyRep you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.
1. Information We Collect
Account & Profile
- Email address (used to create and identify your account)
- Name (optional, provided by you or via Apple Sign In)
- Fitness experience level and training goals (entered during onboarding)
- Profile photo (if you choose to upload one)
- Subscription status
Workout & Activity Data
- Gym spaces you scan and create
- Equipment identified within those spaces
- Workouts generated and completed
- Exercise history and sets/reps logged
Camera
AnyRep uses your device camera to scan gym equipment. Images are processed to identify equipment and are not permanently stored on our servers beyond what is needed to generate your space and workout plan.
Location
If you grant location permission, we use your approximate location to surface nearby gyms. Location data is not stored persistently on our servers.
Usage & Analytics
- In-app events (screens viewed, features used, errors encountered)
- Device type and operating system version
- App version
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and maintain your account
- To generate personalised workout plans using AI
- To remember your gym spaces and equipment across sessions
- To manage your subscription and unlock PRO features
- To improve the app based on aggregated usage patterns
- To respond to support requests
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Third-Party Services
AnyRep uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:
- Supabase — backend database and authentication. Your account data and workout history are stored on Supabase infrastructure (AWS, US region). supabase.com/privacy
- Apple Sign In — optional sign-in method. We receive your name and email from Apple, subject to your sharing preferences. apple.com/legal/privacy
- Superwall — subscription and paywall management. Processes subscription status and purchase events. superwall.com/privacy
- OpenAI / AI providers — your equipment scan data and fitness profile are sent to AI services to generate workout plans. No personally identifying information (name, email) is included in these requests.
- Apple App Store — handles all payment processing for subscriptions. We do not store your payment details.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on Supabase-hosted infrastructure with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authenticated users and our service role. We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, though no system is completely secure.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and workout data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Withdraw consent for optional data uses (e.g. location)
- Lodge a complaint with a relevant data protection authority

7. Children's Privacy
AnyRep is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in applicable jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or by email. The date at the top of this page reflects when the policy was last revised. Continued use of AnyRep after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
