1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 where required by applicable law) to use AnyRep. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login details with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at mightjustdev@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these terms.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features of AnyRep require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms. Prices are displayed before purchase and may change with reasonable notice.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy
• Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code from the app
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or abuse the app or its underlying APIs
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Upload or transmit content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes the rights of others

5. AI-Generated Content

AnyRep uses artificial intelligence to detect gym equipment and generate personalised workout plans. AI-generated content is provided for informational and convenience purposes only. It does not constitute professional fitness, medical, or health advice.

Before starting any new exercise programme, consult a qualified health or fitness professional, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or other health concern. You exercise at your own risk.

6. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Physical exercise carries inherent risks including injury or illness. By using AnyRep you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in physical activity and that you assume all associated risks. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the app or reliance on its content.

Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other unusual symptom, and seek medical attention if necessary.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and features within AnyRep are owned by or licensed to Might Just Work Pty Ltd. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you provide (such as custom space names or notes). By submitting content you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use it solely to operate and improve the service.

8. Privacy

Your use of AnyRep is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Please read it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Availability & Changes

We strive to keep AnyRep available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or by email. Continued use of AnyRep after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Might Just Work Pty Ltd and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use AnyRep, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or AU$10 if no payment was made.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria for any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms.
